2. Response to DMCA Notifications

 

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content of the infringement claim.

3. Counter-Notification

 

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notification that includes:

  • Identification of the material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.

  • Location of the material: The URL where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  • Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in your counter-notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the material.

  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
     

4. Repeat Infringers

 

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

5. Changes to This Policy

 

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
